What happens if I show up late?

Your picnic starts at the scheduled time you selected during your booking. We understand life isn’t perfect, so we give a 15 min grace period.

Do we have to clean up when we are done?

No. We will setup your picnic and clean up.

Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?

Yes. Please provide us with a 30 min notice via phone call or text message. You are responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

What if it rains?

If the forecast predicts a 50% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, then we provide an opportunity to reschedule the picnic. In the case you prefer taking the risk to proceed with your scheduled picnic, we ask that you sign a waiver stating you acknowledge the chance of rain and accept that there will be NO REFUNDS in that case.

How are all utensils, plates, cups, etc. sterilized? 

All plates, utensils and cups are sterilized  with gloves on. They are thoroughly washed with warm water and soap in order to ensure cleanliness. Gloves will be worn at all times.

Where does the picnic take place? 

We provide a location in the SouthWest Suburbs near the (Chicagoland) area.

Do you provide beverages?

Yes. One bottle of Sparkling Water or one bottle of Sparkling Lemonande will be included in ALL Aesthetic Settings.

Is alcohol consumption allowed during the picnic?

Municipal Code prohibits bringing alcohol into any public park. No alcohol is allowed to be consumed during your picnic experience.
